Kuala Lumpur – Broga Hills = car via LEKAS Expressway (40 minutes)

Climbing Up The Broga Hill = on foot (45 minutes)

Descending The Broga Hill  = on foot (20 minutes)

Broga Hill – Sungai Tekala = car (20 minutes)

Sungai Tekala – Kuala Lumpur = car (45 minutes)

Details:

Sungai Tekala (River Tekala) is one of the tourists attractions and a popular recreation park in the state of Selangor in Malaysia. It is located in the district of Hulu Langat and is opened to public with admission fee of MYR 1.00 per person.

This 2.5 acres of rainforest land is surrounded by tropical trees and plants and contains a small river, some small cascades at the end of the river perfect for bathing, picnicking or just relaxing.  A cemented walkway leads to the cascades. If you hike further inside, you will come across several big waterfalls.

Parking area is situated at the main entrance, free of charge. Small huts and toilets, also free of charge, can be found scattered all over the area for the convenience of their visitors.
